The LA Kush Cake strain is a result of crossing Kush Mints and Wedding Cake that is balanced at a 50/50 hybrid. The dominant terpenes are Limonene and b-myrcene and this batch is 3.58% total terpenes.
Looks and Structure
These gorgeous looking buds are composed of greens and dark purples that mix nicely under a heavy blanket of cloudy trichomes. Grinding up the dense buds looked even prettier, with vibrant purple hues looking like they are sprinkled in throughout.
Scent
Cake and Kush Mitns aromas mix in perfect unison. I can smell both the Kush Mints and Wedding Cake strains that make up this LA Kush Cake. It’s sweet and smooth with that distinct Kush Mints aroma mixed with a balanced and delicious doughy cake aroma.
Taste
This LA Kush Cake was smooth and full of flavor from the start to finish of my joint. It’s leaning towards the earthy, doughy, and cake flavors with vanilla and slightly peppery undertones. It also left a great mouth coat at the end of my joint.
Effects
Medicinally, this strain affected my appetite, overall mood, and was more cerebral. I felt focused and determined to complete whatever task at hand, whether that was cleaning up after making dinner for the family, painting my nails or finishing up some work. As for my appetite, I was able to eat an entire plate and go back for seconds because of a quick garage sesh before dinner. I also felt an increase in my happiness, but I mean who isn’t happy when their weed is this good!
