First Impressions
I’ve heard good things on Reddit about this White Iverson cultivated by Kind Tree so when the budtender at The Apothecarium dispensary in Burtonsville recommended it, I scooped it up without hesitation. Plus, I’m a huge Post Malone fan so I got a little nostalgic when rolling this up. Time to get a little Stoney and throw it back to 2015… Cheers!
Genetics and Terpenes
The White Iverson strain is indica dominant and is a result of crossing Zushi and Lemon Cherry Gelato and Permanent Marker. The dominant terpenes are pinene and b-myrcene; this batch is 4.63% in total terpenes.
Looks and Structure
These nugs are frosty with a good layer of trichomes that are amber, cloudy and clear with some even bunching up in large groups which is pretty cool. They are completely green and the pistils are all different shades of orange.
Scent
The aroma is complex and leans towards the Permanent Marker side of the genetics but also has a sweetness to it as well.
Taste
The flavor leans towards the Zushi side of the genetics, very sweet and tart on the inhale, then the exhale turns more earthy and herbal.
Effects
I would definitely say that this hit me like an indica. It was heavily calming and put me into a relaxed, kicked back kinda state. It was a whole vibe and I didn’t want it to end, so good thing the effects were long lasting too. Mentally, I was all there and able to focus while my mind remained as calm as my body, which led to me being oddly productive for an indica strain.
Final Thoughts
From the nostalgia around the name, to the perfect white ash while burning my joint, and even the super high terpene percentage this White Iverson has it all. I thoroughly enjoyed it in a joint and from a dry herb vape and regardless of my delivery method I always ended up with the same results… Stoned.
