First Impressions
Super Boof has got to be one of my top 5 favorite strains right now. I have a bunch of different cuts but the one I’ve been smoking the most recently is brought to us through a collaboration between EV Family Farms and HarvestWorks. I was actually able to sample some of this at NJ Dispo Takeover at one of the Higher Function tables set up there so I’m really excited to get to dab this Super Boof again… Cheers!
Genetics and Terpenes
The Super Boof strain is a hybrid cross between Black Cherry Punch and Tropicana Cookies. The dominant terpenes are limonene and myrcene. This batch is 5.48% in total terpenes.
Looks and Consistency
Really greasy looking rosin that has a more unique coloring to it. It almost has a burnt orange like color to it.
Scent
The aroma on this jar is as Super Boof as I’ve ever seen. It’s got that initial dank orange that finishes off with a sweetness somehow.
Taste
On the inhale, my palate was coated with a mouth-watering burst of sharp, sour grapefruit and bright orange citrus. As I exhaled, the vapor turned surprisingly sweet, leaving behind a lingering taste of ripe cherry and berries.
Effects
I honestly couldn’t believe how fast this one hit me! Right after that first sweet cloud, my brain just lit up with this bright, happy, and euphoric energy. I instantly felt super focused, totally creative, and just found myself giggling at absolutely nothing. A soothing, warm relaxation cascades through my limbs, alleviating aches and tension. Most notably, it perfectly grounds the heady euphoria without ever inducing a heavy, unmanageable couch-lock.
Final Thoughts
Getting to sample this at the NJ Dispo Takeover was awesome, but having a whole jar to myself is even better. EV Family Farms and HarvestWorks seriously did this strain justice. They managed to perfectly capture that wild citrus, orange, and cherry flavor in a beautifully greasy solventless dab. It’s quickly become my go-to for lazy afternoons when I want to feel uplifted, giggly, and physically relaxed without totally checking out for the day.
